New pill aims to shrink liver fat in NASH patients

Summary
This study tests a new tablet called CS060380 for people with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), a serious liver condition. About 120 adults will take either the drug or a placebo daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in liver fat using MRI and track any side effects to see if the drug is safe and effective.
