First seen Apr 02, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called CS060304 in healthy volunteers and people with high LDL-C (bad cholesterol) to see if it is safe and how the body processes it. The drug is being developed for MASH, a serious liver disease. About 80 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will monitor side effects and drug levels in the blood. This is a safety-first study, not a cure.
