Summary
This early study will test whether adding a new drug (CS0159) to a standard diabetes medication (semaglutide) can help people with fatty liver disease, obesity, and type 2 diabetes lose weight and improve their health. About 30 adults will take the combination or a placebo for 12 weeks. The main goals are to see how much weight they lose and if their energy use changes, while also checking for side effects.
