Summary
This study is testing an investigational drug called crovalimab in children with a rare and serious blood and kidney disorder called atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS). The goal is to see if the drug can control the disease process, protect kidney function, and is safe for pediatric patients. The study includes children who are new to this type of treatment and those switching from similar medications.
