First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looked at how adding cross training (like CrossFit) affects flexibility, endurance, and speed in 52 male sprinters aged 18 to 30. Participants did a mix of exercises beyond just sprinting. The goal was to see if a varied workout routine can make sprinters better overall athletes. Results may help coaches design better training plans.
