Summary

This study aims to find the best treatment approach for Crohn's disease patients who initially responded to their medication but then stopped responding. Researchers will compare two options: increasing the dose of the current medication versus switching to a different type of medication. The trial involves 220 participants and will measure which approach better controls disease symptoms and inflammation over 24 weeks.
