Summary

This study looks at how well two approved drugs, upadacitinib and risankizumab, work as second-line treatments for people with moderate-to-severe Crohn's disease. About 250 participants in Italy will take the drugs as prescribed by their doctor and be followed for up to 18 months. The main goal is to see if patients can achieve remission without needing steroids.
