Summary
This study follows 100 children under 17 with Crohn's disease to see how the condition shows up, what treatments doctors choose, and how kids improve over time. Researchers will track symptoms and remission rates at 14 and 54 weeks. No new treatment is given—this is an observation-only registry to learn from real-world care.
