Summary
This study looked at whether a training program focused on critical thinking could help university futsal players make better decisions and improve their game skills. Thirteen players took part in the program, which used game situations, questions, and group talks to build their tactical thinking. The results showed changes in how fast they completed drills and how many goals they scored, suggesting that thinking about the game can improve performance.
