Scientists test which workout builds better cricket arms
NCT ID NCT07440823
Summary
This study aimed to find out which type of strength training is better for cricket fast bowlers' arms. Researchers compared two common workout styles—one focusing on lowering a weight slowly and another on lifting it—over an 8-week program. They measured 44 male bowlers to see which method led to bigger arm muscles, more strength, and more powerful throws.
