Scientists test which arm workout builds better cricket bowlers
NCT ID NCT07440823
Summary
This study compared two different strength training methods to see which is better for improving the arm muscle size, strength, and power of cricket fast bowlers. Forty-four male bowlers were split into two groups, each following an 8-week training program focusing on either the 'lifting' or 'lowering' phase of exercises. Researchers measured changes in arm size, strength, and throwing power to provide better guidance for athlete training programs.
