Heart patients get a Pre-Hab boost: study tests exercise before ablation

Summary
This study looks at whether a tailored exercise and education program, given both before and after a first-time atrial fibrillation ablation, can improve heart fitness and quality of life. About 107 adults scheduled for ablation will be randomly assigned to either the program or standard care (a single education session). The main goal is to see if the program leads to better exercise capacity and fewer heart-related issues.
