Summary
This study tests whether taking creatine and HMB supplements for 8 weeks can improve muscle strength, balance, and body composition in people with Down syndrome. Participants will take the supplements or a placebo, undergo strength and balance tests, and provide blood samples. The goal is to see if these supplements can safely enhance physical health and quality of life.
