Summary
This study tests whether taking creatine and HMB daily for 8 weeks can improve muscle strength, balance, and body composition in people with Down syndrome. Fifty participants will receive either the supplements or a placebo, along with nutrition advice. The goal is to see if these safe, over-the-counter supplements can help manage health challenges associated with Down syndrome.
