First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study looks at whether taking creatine for a week helps trained breath-hold divers cycle longer and harder while holding their breath. Twenty-six healthy divers will either get creatine or a placebo, then do a breath-hold cycling test. The goal is to see if creatine improves total work and time to exhaustion.
