Summary
This study tracks how GLP-1 medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide affect food cravings and diet quality in people with overweight or obesity. Over 24 weeks, up to 150 adults will fill out questionnaires about their eating habits and cravings. The goal is to understand how these drugs change what people want to eat and the overall healthiness of their diet.
