Summary
This study tests a chemotherapy drug called CPX-351 in people under 60 with secondary acute myeloid leukemia (AML), a type of leukemia that develops after other bone marrow diseases or cancer treatments. The goal is to see how many patients achieve complete remission. 21 participants will receive the treatment and be monitored for response and side effects.
