Summary

This early-phase study tests a new drug called CP-506 in adults with solid tumors that have low oxygen levels. The drug is given alone or with chemotherapy (carboplatin) or immunotherapy. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see how the drug works in the body. About 126 participants will take part.
