This pilot study tests a surgical technique using a small screw to guide hip bone growth in 50 children with cerebral palsy (ages 3-12) who have a wide hip angle (coxa valga) and early hip looseness. The goal is to improve hip alignment and prevent further hip problems. The study will measure changes in the hip angle using X-rays.
