Summary
This pilot study tests a surgical technique using a special screw to guide bone growth and correct the hip angle in children with cerebral palsy who have early hip looseness. The goal is to improve hip alignment and prevent further problems. The study will include 50 children aged 3 to 12 years with mild to moderate hip issues.
