Summary
This large study tested a new COVID-19 vaccine called ARCT-154 in nearly 20,000 adults in Vietnam. The vaccine uses self-amplifying RNA technology to teach the body to fight the virus. Researchers checked for side effects, immune response, and how well it prevented COVID-19 compared to a placebo and another approved vaccine.
