Researchers listen to spanish speakers to boost COVID-19 protection
NCT ID NCT05302908
Summary
This study aimed to understand why Spanish-speaking Latinx communities face barriers to COVID-19 testing and vaccination. Researchers worked directly with 274 community members to identify social and behavioral factors. They then developed and tested a culturally tailored program using peer support and mobile health tools to encourage more people to get tested and vaccinated.
