Summary
This study looks at how COVID-19 infection and mRNA vaccines impact pregnant women, their unborn babies, and newborns. Researchers will collect blood, placenta, cord blood, breast milk, and baby stool samples from 300 participants at Johns Hopkins Hospital. The goal is to understand immune responses and risks like inflammation or infection, helping guide future vaccine recommendations.
