Volunteers exposed to omicron in controlled study to find optimal dose

Summary
This study gives healthy volunteers who have had a COVID-19 vaccine or prior infection a small dose of the Omicron BA.5 virus through the nose. The goal is to find the right dose that causes infection in 50-75% of people and to monitor safety and how the virus spreads. 45 participants aged 18-40 will be closely watched in quarantine to learn more about the virus in immune-experienced individuals.
