Summary
This study looks at whether drinking cottonseed oil just three times a week can lower cholesterol and other heart disease risks. Researchers will compare two different amounts of the oil against a no-oil group in 75 adults who are overweight or have high cholesterol. Participants will drink special shakes and have blood tests over 56 days to see if the oil helps control heart disease risk factors.
