Summary

This study looks at whether a program of corrective exercises can reduce pain, improve daily function, and help walking in people who have had neck pain for at least 3 months. About 70 adults will participate, and researchers will measure changes in walking speed and balance while doing everyday tasks. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to manage chronic neck pain.
