Simple exercises may ease chronic neck pain and improve walking

Summary

This study looks at whether corrective exercises can reduce pain, improve daily function, and help walking in people with chronic neck pain. Researchers will enroll 70 adults who have had neck pain for at least 3 months. Participants will do specific exercises, and their walking and pain levels will be measured before and after the program.
