First seen Jan 15, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at a new way to diagnose problems in the small blood vessels of the heart in people who have chest pain but no blockages in their main arteries. About 100 adults will have extra measurements taken during a standard heart catheter procedure. The goal is to see if this method is safe, reliable, and can better identify these hidden heart conditions.
