Summary
This study looks at a new method to diagnose problems in the tiny blood vessels of the heart in people who have chest pain but no blockages in their main arteries. Researchers will test if the procedure is safe, reliable, and can be done consistently. About 100 adults will take part, and some will have repeat tests or an MRI to check the results.
