First seen Jan 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study compares two exercise programs—core stabilization exercises and traditional rehabilitation—in 60 female adolescents (ages 11-18) with mild to moderate idiopathic scoliosis (Cobb angle 10-40°). The goal is to see which approach better improves spinal stability, posture, and quality of life. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two programs, and outcomes like spinal curvature and rotation will be measured using a 3D spinal analysis system.
