Summary
This study compares two exercise programs—core stabilization exercises and traditional rehabilitation—in 60 adolescent girls with idiopathic scoliosis (a sideways curve of the spine). The goal is to see which approach better improves spinal stability, posture, and quality of life. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two programs, and their progress will be tracked using spinal measurements and questionnaires.
