Summary
This study compared two types of exercises—core stabilization and neuromuscular facilitation—to see which better prevents low back pain in healthcare professionals like nurses and doctors. 63 participants without recent back pain did one of the two exercise programs. The goal was to find the most effective way to keep healthcare workers pain-free and healthy on the job.
