First seen May 06, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tested two exercise methods—core strengthening and movement awareness training—in 32 children with diplegic cerebral palsy (ages 4-8). Both groups did standard physical therapy plus one of the extra exercises three times a week for 12 weeks. The goal was to see which approach better improved balance and daily movement. Results help therapists choose the most effective rehab strategy.
