First seen May 06, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looked at two different exercise programs—core strengthening and movement awareness training—to see which one helps children with a specific type of cerebral palsy (diplegic CP) improve their balance. Thirty-two children aged 4 to 8 years took part in 12 weeks of therapy. The goal was to find out which approach works better for helping them stand, sit, and move more steadily.
