Summary
This study looked at two different exercise programs for children aged 4 to 8 with a type of cerebral palsy that affects both legs. The goal was to see which one helps improve balance and control better. Thirty-two children took part, doing either core-strengthening exercises or movement-awareness training, three times a week for 12 weeks. The results will help therapists choose the best approach to help these kids move more easily and safely.
