First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study looked at two types of exercise training—core stabilization and breathing muscle training—in 36 people with COPD. The goal was to see which approach better improves diaphragm function, breathing strength, exercise ability, and quality of life. Participants were stable COPD patients (stage 3 or lower) who could walk independently. The results will help design better rehabilitation programs for COPD.
