Summary
This study looked at whether adding core exercises to warm-ups helps amateur female basketball players land more safely after jumps. 85 players from different teams either did core training or their usual warm-up for 8 weeks. Researchers measured jump-landing errors and jump height before, right after, and 3 months later to see if core training made a difference.
