First seen Apr 19, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study tested whether doing core exercises on an unstable surface (like a balance ball) improves shooting accuracy and stability more than doing the same exercises on a stable floor. Twenty elite 10-meter air pistol athletes trained for 8 weeks. Researchers measured shooting scores and how steady they held the gun. The goal is to find the best training method for top-level shooters.
