Summary
This study compares two types of core training—hypopressive exercises and transversus abdominis-focused training—to see which better helps postpartum women with urinary incontinence. Researchers will measure changes in bladder leakage, pelvic floor function, and quality of life. The study involves 60 women who had a normal vaginal delivery and currently experience stress urinary incontinence.
