First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study compares two core stability exercises—abdominal drawing-in and abdominal expansion—along with two teaching methods (verbal cues or hands-on guidance) in 96 adults with chronic low back pain lasting over 12 weeks. Participants will train twice a week for 4 weeks. The goal is to see which combination best reduces pain and improves movement control. Results will be checked right after the first session, after 4 weeks, and again 3 months later.
