First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study compares two types of core exercises—abdominal drawing-in and abdominal expansion—along with two coaching styles (verbal instructions vs. hands-on guidance) in 96 adults with chronic low back pain lasting over 12 weeks. Participants will train twice a week for 4 weeks. The goal is to see which combination best reduces pain and improves movement control, with follow-ups up to 3 months.
