Summary

This study compares two types of physical therapy exercises for people who had a stroke within the last six months. One group will do core strengthening with special pelvic movements, while the other group does standard trunk exercises. The goal is to see which approach better improves balance and trunk control. The study involves 38 adults aged 45 to 60 who can walk with or without support.
