Summary
This study looked at how two different core stability training programs affect balance, walking, and overall movement in healthy older adults aged 65-80. The goal was to find better ways to measure exercise intensity so that personalized programs can reduce fall risk and improve quality of life. 57 physically active participants completed the study, which focused on trunk function and postural control.
