Summary
This study looks at whether core stability training can improve endurance, movement, and balance in healthy adult soccer players. About 28 players will be randomly assigned to either a core training group or a control group. They will be tested before and after an 8-week program. The goal is to see if stronger core muscles help players perform better and reduce injury risk.
