First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looks at whether core stability training can improve endurance, movement, and balance in healthy adult soccer players. About 28 players will be split into two groups: one doing core exercises for 8 weeks and one not. Researchers will measure changes using plank tests, leg movement tests, and balance tests. The goal is to see if core training helps players perform better and reduce injury risk.
