Summary

This study looks at whether core stability training can improve shoulder function in manual workers with shoulder impingement syndrome. About 40 workers aged 25-40 will take part. They will be assessed using a questionnaire about their disability. The goal is to find a simple exercise approach to ease symptoms and improve daily function.
