Summary
This study looked at whether core stability exercises (like planks) can improve foot shape and function in adults with flexible flat feet. 85 people aged 18-30 took part. One group did core training, the other did standard physical therapy. The goal was to see if core exercises help correct foot arch problems and leg alignment.
