Dental students try core workouts to boost hand skills
NCT ID NCT07525414
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether a 6-week core stability exercise program can improve core endurance, handgrip strength, pinch strength, and manual dexterity in dental students. About 44 right-handed dental students without any muscle or nerve problems will be randomly assigned to either do core exercises three times a week or continue their normal routine. Researchers will measure changes before and after the program to see if the exercises help.
