First seen May 11, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at whether a 6-week core stability exercise program can improve core endurance, handgrip strength, pinch strength, and manual dexterity in dental students. 44 right-handed dental students without any muscle or nerve conditions will be randomly assigned to either do core exercises three times a week or continue their normal routine. Researchers will measure changes in strength and dexterity before and after the program.
