First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding simple balloon breathing exercises to core stability training can help professional football players improve their balance, jumping ability, and core endurance. About 68 male players aged 18-35 will be split into two groups: one doing core training with balloon exercises, the other doing core training alone. Both groups will train three times a week for eight weeks, and their progress will be tracked over three months.
